The Call for Environmental Conservation Organization (CFEC) is a non-governmental organization registered by the Tanzanian Ministry of Community Development in 2021, with registration number OO-NGO/R/2531 to operate in Tanzania mainland. Our organization’s vision is to foster creation and building of sustainable wealthy and healthy communities by effective inclusion of various community groups in environmental conservation and protection, Our work mainly focuses on impacting women, youth and children in the community, not only putting them at the fore front of our actions but also using sustainable ways to solve their socio – economic challenges that are associated with environmental issues and other community based factors.
To achieve our vision of creating sustainable communities, our work centers on ocean and biodiversity conservation, climate education, promoting eco-entrepreneurship and green skills utilization,menstrual hygiene, addressing gender and climate change, advocating for climate action, waste management, art and climate change, greening programs. We believe that by effectively including all community groups in climate action and environmental conservation, we can greatly contribute to the creation ofmore greener and cleaner planet.
